I’m a private chef, culinary health coach, and the founder of by alanna—a lifestyle brand built to help you feel better in your body and your life.
My journey to by alanna started in my NYC kitchen back in 2019, when I was in the middle of my own reset—physically, emotionally, and energetically. I was experimenting with gut-friendly meals, learning how to regulate my nervous system, and finding new ways to care for myself that actually felt good and sustainable. What started as a personal shift became the foundation for something much bigger.
Today, by alanna is a home for women who want to feel more grounded in their routines, more confident in the kitchen, and more connected to themselves. I offer private cheffing, seasonal meal prep, digital guides, and content that simplifies wellness without watering it down. I also run Eat Prep Love—a members-only club that helps women build practical, nourishing habits that last.
Along the way, I’ve cooked for pro athletes, new moms, and entrepreneurs juggling a million things. I’ve seen firsthand how the right meal, a solid plan, or even a single moment of clarity can create space for real change. That’s what I’m here to offer: not perfection, but support that sticks.
